RP-Redbacterial™ Antibacterial Paint – Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

• The surface must be dry and clean.

• Remove dust, dirt, grease, and any old peeling coatings; eliminate all factors that may prevent proper adhesion of the paint.

• Substrates with insufficient load-bearing capacity (cracked plaster, weak areas, moss residues, etc.) should be cleaned and repaired with suitable filler if necessary.

• Fill any cracks on the surface with appropriate filler material.

Application

• Surface and ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +40°C.

• Apply RP-Primer to the surface first and allow it to dry for approximately 12 hours (drying time may vary depending on ambient conditions).

• Stir the opened paint thoroughly with a low-speed mixer until homogeneous.

• If necessary, water can be added at a 1:5 ratio. Apply the paint with a roller or brush.

• It is recommended to apply at least 2 coats.

• Wait approximately 6 hours between coats.

• If the painting process is interrupted for a long time, stir the product again before continuing application.

RP-Redbacterial™ can be safely used on all interior wall and ceiling surfaces of buildings. Its antibacterial properties prevent the growth of microorganisms, fungi, moss, and mold. It is especially ideal for:

• Children’s rooms and schools

• Gyms and sports facilities

• Other living spaces where hygiene is critical

• Single coat application: 0.090 – 0.100 kg/m²

Packaging

• Available in 18 kg and 2.5 kg plastic buckets

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store in a dry, cool place.

• Shelf life under proper conditions is 12 months.

• The product should not be exposed to sunlight or freezing; do not store below +4 °C.
