Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is always our priority. As yapimarketiz.com, we offer a right of return under certain conditions if you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased.
1. Return Period
You may return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Returnable Products

Products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition

Returned together with the invoice, delivery note, and any gift/promotional items sent with the product

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are no longer suitable for resale
3. Non-Returnable Products

Custom-made products (personalized items, name-labeled products, special note arrangements, etc.)

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Products that are not eligible for return due to hygiene regulations
4. How to Make a Return?

Please submit your return request via satis@yapimarketiz.com or by contacting our customer service number.

Pack the product securely and send it via courier together with the invoice and all accessories.

The courier company to be used for the return shipment and related details will be communicated to you by our customer representative.
5. Refund
After the product reaches us, the return process will be initiated within 3 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Due to banking procedures, it may take several days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
6. Shipping Fee

If the product is defective or incorrect, the shipping cost shall be borne by our company.

In all other cases, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
