Distance Sales Agreenent

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been executed between the parties whose details are provided below, under the terms and conditions specified herein.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website.

3. PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, kind, quantity, brand/model, sales price, and delivery details of the products are as specified in the order form.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and been informed about the preliminary information provided by the SELLER on the website regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the Agreement, its sales price, payment method, delivery, and shipping costs, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The product subject to the Agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or to the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s place of residence, provided that this period does not exceed the legal maximum period of 30 days.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, in distance sales transactions related to goods.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall be authorized for disputes up to the value announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts shall be authorized for disputes exceeding this value.
