Entegre C30 Structural Repair Mortar: Reliable Solution for Structural Repair

Entegre C30 Repair Mortar is a cement-based, single-component, fiber-reinforced, and thixotropic structural repair mortar specifically formulated for the permanent repair and strengthening of reinforced concrete structures. With its high-strength class C30, it restores structural integrity while minimizing crack formation and increasing adhesion thanks to its special polymers and fibers. Conforming to EN 1504-3 standard in R3 class, Entegre C30 is particularly preferred for repairing deteriorations, corrosion damages, and surface defects in load-bearing elements such as columns, beams, shear walls, and slabs. Its easy applicability, high early and final strength, and resistance to freeze-thaw cycles provide long-lasting and reliable solutions. Its rapid setting property shortens application time, while its thixotropic nature ensures excellent results without sagging in vertical and overhead applications. Entegre C30 offers a robust and aesthetic repair solution that extends the lifespan of your structures.

  • Structural repair of reinforced concrete columns, beams, shear walls, and slabs.
  • Repair and protection of concrete around corroded steel reinforcement.
  • Elimination of segregation, voids, cracks, and other defects on concrete surfaces.
  • Repair and surface leveling of precast concrete elements.
  • Local repairs and renovation of deteriorated areas in industrial floors.
  • Repair and strengthening works for engineering structures such as bridges, viaducts, and tunnels.
  • Repair of damages in balcony cantilevers, parapets, and other concrete elements.
  • For vertical and overhead surfaces requiring repair in thin and thick layers.
  1. Surface Preparation: The concrete surface to be applied must be sound, free from dust, oil, dirt, and loose particles. Damaged and weak concrete areas must be completely cleaned, rusted reinforcements should be descaled by sandblasting or mechanical methods and protected with a suitable anti-corrosion primer (e.g., Entegre Anti-Corrosion Mortar). Before application, the surface should be saturated with water, but no standing water should remain.
  2. Mixing: For 25 kg of Entegre C30 Repair Mortar, approximately 4.0 - 4.5 liters of clean water should be mixed using a low-speed mixer (400-600 rpm) for about 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous and lump-free consistency is achieved. Do not add more water than specified to the mixture.
  3. Application: The prepared mortar is applied to the surface with a steel trowel or by spraying. The mortar should be pressed firmly onto the surface to fill all voids and brought to the desired thickness. A single layer can be applied between 5 mm and 40 mm. For thicker applications, sufficient setting time should be allowed between layers. After the final layer application, the surface is leveled with a trowel to achieve the desired finish.
  4. Curing: To prevent rapid water loss and ensure optimum strength development after application, the surface should be kept moist for at least 3-7 days or protected with a suitable curing compound (e.g., Entegre Curing Agent). Curing should be carefully performed, especially in hot, windy, and low-humidity environments.
  • Application temperature should not be below +5°C or above +30°C.
  • Do not apply to surfaces exposed to frost, freezing, or at risk of freezing within 24 hours.
  • The mortar must be mixed with the specified amount of water; excessive water reduces strength and may cause shrinkage.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, mask) during application. The product is alkaline; avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
  • Store the product in its original unopened packaging in a dry and cool environment, away from direct sunlight, protected from moisture.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Opened packages should be sealed airtight and used within a short period.
  • Pay attention to the product's expiry date. Do not use expired products.
  • Incorrect application or mixing the product with other substances may adversely affect product performance.

Entegre C30 is a cement-based, single-component, fiber-reinforced, thixotropic, and high-strength structural repair mortar. It does not sag, is easy to apply, and provides high adhesion, especially in vertical and overhead applications.

C30 is a strength class indicating that the mortar's 28-day compressive strength is at least 30 N/mm². Entegre C30 is designed to provide this high strength value to restore the structural integrity of reinforced concrete structures.

The product can be safely used for structural repair and leveling work on various reinforced concrete surfaces such as columns, beams, shear walls, slabs, precast elements, and industrial floors.

For 25 kg of powder, approximately 4.0 - 4.5 liters of clean water should be mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous and lump-free consistency is achieved. It is important not to exceed the specified amount of water.

Entegre C30 Repair Mortar can be applied in a single layer between 5 mm and 40 mm. For thicker applications, sufficient setting time should be allowed between layers.

Curing prevents rapid water loss, thus preventing crack formation and ensuring optimum strength development. The surface should be kept moist for at least 3-7 days or a suitable curing compound should be used, especially in hot and windy weather.

Entegre C30 itself is not an anti-corrosion mortar. After rusted reinforcements are cleaned, they should be protected with a suitable anti-corrosion primer (e.g., Entegre Anti-Corrosion Mortar) and then repaired with Entegre C30.

When stored in its original unopened packaging, in a dry and cool environment, away from direct sunlight, the shelf life is 12 months. It must be protected against moisture.

Entegre C30 Repair Mortar is manufactured as a Class R3 structural repair mortar in accordance with the EN 1504-3 standard. This means it meets the necessary European standards for structural repair performance.

Thixotropic property means that the mortar becomes fluid when mixed, and then remains in place without sagging on vertical and overhead surfaces after application. This feature provides ease of application and a smoother surface finish, especially in vertical and overhead applications.

Entegre C30 is a product that prioritizes structural integrity with its high C30 strength class, fiber-reinforced structure that increases crack resistance, thixotropic property for superior performance in vertical and overhead applications, and EN 1504-3 R3 class compliance.

Due to the alkaline nature of the product, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided, and personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, and a dust mask must be used. Work in well-ventilated areas and ensure it is not ingested.
