AREAS OF USE

• In waterproofing applications on concrete terraces and roof surfaces,

• In insulation solutions for wet areas (bathrooms, WCs, kitchens, etc.),

• On concrete roads, parks, and garden areas,

• It is safely used in concealed gutters, drainage channels, and eaves details.

Surface Preparation

The surface to be treated must first be cleaned of all residues that may reduce adhesion, such as dust, dirt, and oil. If there are areas requiring repair, the necessary repairs should be carried out using ISONEM M 03 Elastic Repair Mortar prior to application.

On absorbent surfaces, ISONEM Universal Primer (Insulation and Paint Primer) should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:7 (1 part primer : 7 parts water) and applied before the application. The primer should be applied to the surface at a consumption rate of 100–200 g/m² and allowed to dry for at least 4 hours after application.

Method of Application

ISONEM SB Super Component is a ready-to-use product. Before application, the product should be mixed in its container with a low-speed mixer for approximately 5 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

The prepared product is applied to the surface with a brush in two coats in perpendicular directions. A minimum of 4 hours should be allowed between coats.
