Surface Preparation and Application Instructions – İsonem Pool

Surface Preparation:

• Surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry, and free of foreign materials such as dirt, oil, old coatings, or curing compounds.

• Voids and holes should be repaired using ISONEM M 03 Repair Mortar.

Primer Selection (depending on surface type):

• Concrete, marble, granite, tiles, and ceramics: Apply ISONEM EP PRIMER at a consumption of 0.250–0.400 kg/m².

• Sheet metal and metal surfaces: Apply ISONEM ANTI RUST PRIMER (anticorrosive primer) at a consumption of 0.250–0.350 kg/m².

Mixing Instructions:

1. Mechanically stir Component A until homogeneous.

2. Add Component B to Component A and mix with a mechanical mixer for 3–4 minutes.

3. The prepared mixture must be used within 5–6 hours.

Application Method:

• Apply the product using a brush, roller, or suitable spray and allow it to dry.

• Apply the second coat within 24 hours after the first coat has dried.

• After application, the pool must be left to fully cure for 10 days before filling with water.

• Coverage Area: Minimum 4.5 m² / set (two-coat application)
