TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Density (25°C): 1.00 ± 0.10 g/mL – Ensures homogeneous and controlled application due to its balanced consistency.

• pH Value (25°C): 7.0 – 9.0 – Neutral to slightly alkaline structure that does not damage surfaces.

Surface Preparation:

The substrate must be sound, clean, and able to withstand the applied loads. Before application, all surfaces should be completely free of oil, dirt, dust, and other residues. On concrete, marble, granite, raw wood, tiles, ceramics, membranes, shingles, and similar surfaces, the product itself should be used as a primer.

For primer application, ISONEM MS POLYMER is diluted with 200% water (1 kg MS POLYMER : 2 kg water) and applied evenly to the surface using a stiff brush. After priming, allow the surface to dry for approximately 1–2 hours depending on environmental conditions. Once fully dry, proceed with the main application.

For sheet metal and other metal surfaces, prime the surface before application with ISONEM ANTI RUST PRIMER (anticorrosive primer) at a consumption rate of 0.250–0.350 kg/m².

Application Method:

ISONEM MS POLYMER is a ready-to-use product. Apply to primed surfaces in two coats using a brush, roller, or suitable spraying equipment, allowing at least 4 hours between coats. Application should be performed under ambient temperatures between 5–40°C.

Consumption and Recommendations

Consumption:

• For colored applications: For two or three coats, the average consumption is 0.8 – 1.0 kg/m².

• For transparent applications: For three coats, approximately 300 – 500 g/m² is sufficient.

Colored Application:

• 5 kg: Approximately 5 – 6 m² / pail

• 10 kg: Approximately 10 – 12 m² / pail

• 18 kg: Approximately 18 – 22 m² / pail

Transparent Application:

• 5 kg: Approximately 10 – 17 m² / pail

• 10 kg: Approximately 20 – 33 m² / pail

• 18 kg: Approximately 36 – 60 m² / pail

Color:
Can be produced in any desired color upon request.

Packaging:
Supplied in 5 kg, 10 kg, and 18 kg PP pails.

Shelf Life:
When stored in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging under suitable conditions, the product can be used for 24 months from the date of manufacture.

Storage Conditions:
The product should be stored in a dry and cool environment, and the packaging lids must be kept tightly closed.
