PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a cement-based repair mortar with high bonding strength that provides resistance to cracking thanks to its elastic structure and ensures water and air tightness. It is reinforced with polymer and fiber additives, has low internal stress, and exhibits superior strength even in thick applications. It can be safely used in various areas such as concrete surface repairs, surface preparation before waterproofing, sealing tie-rod holes, and chamfer applications.

Surface Preparation
The surfaces to be treated must first be clean and pre-wetted. Loose particles, oil, dirt, mud, and any factors that may reduce adhesion must be completely removed from the surface. Cracks or segregation areas to be repaired should be opened into cavities with a minimum depth of 2 cm.
In cases where adhesion difficulties may occur on absorbent surfaces, it is recommended to apply a pre-treatment with ISONEM D10 LATEX (200 mL/m²) before application. When the latex-applied surfaces are nearly dry and slightly tacky, ISONEM M03 elastic repair mortar should be applied on top.
Method of Application
Mix Preparation:

20 kg of ISONEM M03 elastic mortar is mixed with 4 L of clean water in a plastic container using a mixer at 400 rpm until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

If mixing is done manually, the mortar should be mixed in small portions.
Latex Additive (Optional):

To increase the adhesion and waterproofing properties of ISONEM M03, ISONEM D10 LATEX can be added to the mixture.

Recommended ratio: 20 kg ISONEM M03 + 1 L ISONEM D10 LATEX + 3 L water.
Application:

The prepared mixture is applied to the surface using a trowel or by spraying.
Precautions:

Care should be taken when applying in very hot or very cold weather conditions.

In extremely hot conditions, the applied surfaces should be moistened at regular intervals.
CONSUMPTION
Average consumption is 200 mL/m² for two-coat application.
COVERAGE AREA
A minimum area of 25 m² can be covered with one can.

COLOR
Transparent – does not alter the natural appearance of the applied surface.
PACKAGING
Available in 1 L and 5 L PE containers.
SHELF LIFE
When stored in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging under suitable storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
The product should be stored in dry and cool environments. During storage, make sure that the container lids are kept tightly closed.
