APPLICATION AREAS

ISONEM Liquid Glass can be safely used on many surfaces requiring transparent waterproofing, including:

• Glass, glass brick, mosaic, and tile mosaic surfaces

• Tiles, ceramic, marble, granite, natural stone, and porcelain surfaces

• Pressed brick surfaces

• Wood surfaces

• Balconies, terraces, bathrooms, kitchens, and stone-clad exterior walls

• Decorative pools covered with ceramic or glass mosaics

• Absorbent surfaces, helping to prevent dusting

SURFACE PREPARATION

• The relative humidity of the surface should not exceed 80%, ambient temperature 15–35°C, and surface temperature at least 5°C. Outdoor applications should not be performed in rainy conditions.

• Surface cleanliness is critical for excellent adhesion. All oil, dust, dirt, rust, or other contaminants must be completely removed.

• For tiles and ceramics, worn grout should be renewed. Sanded surfaces help the liquid glass mechanically adhere better and improve performance.

APPLICATION METHOD

• The product is two-component and must be thoroughly mixed by weight according to the specified ratio before application. Only a fully homogeneous mixture produces the desired reaction.

• Waiting time between coats: 4–24 hours at 20°C.

• Recommended application:

  • 2 coats on concrete and raw wood surfaces

  • 1 coat on marble, granite, tiles, ceramics, sheet metal, and other metal surfaces

CONSUMPTION

• For two coats: approximately 150–200 g/m²

• For one coat: approximately 75–100 g/m²

COVERAGE AREA

• 2 kg set covers approximately 10–13 m²

• 4 kg set covers approximately 20–26 m²

SHELF LIFE

• In original, unopened, undamaged packaging, can be used for 24 months from the production date if stored properly.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

• Store in a dry and cool environment. Ensure packaging lids are tightly closed.
