PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Provides complete waterproof protection by deeply impregnating floors and joints without forming a surface film. Its transparent composition preserves the natural appearance of the surface without altering color or gloss.
The breathable structure maintains vapor permeability, allowing the surface to “breathe.” Resistant to UV rays and sunlight, it does not yellow over time and is non-flammable.
Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it can be applied quickly with minimal labor. Its economical formula and long-lasting performance offer a permanent waterproofing solution.
Can be safely applied on all finished, absorbent surfaces experiencing water leakage or moisture issues.

APPLICATION AREAS

Can be safely applied on all types of absorbent surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Before starting the application, the surface must be thoroughly inspected. Any cracks, lifted, or damaged areas on the floor should be repaired. All foreign substances such as oil, dirt, dust, and similar contaminants must be completely removed from the surface.
If there is wear or gaps in joints, joint fillers should be renewed. Loose or displaced coverings must be removed and securely reinstalled. Existing mastics or silicone applications that are worn, damaged, or missing should also be replaced. This ensures the surface is fully prepared for a complete and healthy waterproofing application.
If the surface has been previously washed, it must be completely dry before application. Do not apply on damp or wet floors.
APPLICATION METHOD
ISONEM BD should be shaken well in its container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Transfer the product to a plastic bucket and apply it evenly to the prepared surface using a brush.
On non-absorbent surfaces such as glazed ceramics or marble, the product will not penetrate and may leave residues after drying. Pay special attention to applying the product thoroughly to the joints in such cases.
After application, allow the surface to dry for approximately 1 hour. After this period, any residual product on non-absorbent surfaces can be gently removed with a damp cloth. Do not use detergents or chemical cleaners during this cleaning process.
The second coat should be applied “wet-on-wet,” within 1 hour before the first coat fully dries, using the same method. After the second coat, wait another 1 hour and wipe any excess product from ceramic or marble surfaces with a damp cloth. This completes the second and final coat application.
CONSUMPTION
For two coats, the average consumption is approximately 200 mL/m².
COVERAGE AREA
One container can cover a minimum of 25 m² (coverage may vary depending on the absorbency of the surface).
COLOR
Transparent – does not alter the natural appearance of the applied surface.
PACKAGING
Available in 1 L and 5 L PE containers.
SHELF LIFE
If stored under appropriate conditions in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, the product can be used for 24 months from the production date.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store the product in a dry and cool environment. Ensure the container caps are tightly closed during storage to protect from moisture and contamination.
