Isonem Anti Sound Paint - Sound Insulation Paint
Isonem Anti Sound Paint - Sound Insulation Paint
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ISONEM ANTI SOUND PAINT is a special sound insulation paint that absorbs and reduces sound, providing acoustic comfort. According to tests conducted in accordance with the TS 140-4 standard, accredited laboratories have documented that it provides a sound reduction of 2.51 dB at a thickness of 1 mm and 4.85 dB at a thickness of 2 mm. With its water-based and single-component structure, it is environmentally friendly and easy to apply. It can be produced in any desired color.
The paint not only provides sound insulation but also offers high resistance to fire due to its flame-retardant and non-flammable properties. It can be safely used in both indoor and outdoor environments, in areas where noise is undesirable. Its acrylic emulsion-based, single-component structure provides a long-lasting and durable coating.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Before application, surfaces must be completely cleaned of oil, dirt, mud, and loose particles. Depending on the application surface, the appropriate primer should be selected:
-
For general surfaces: ISONEM UNIVERSAL PRIMER should be diluted with water at a 1:7 ratio (1 part primer : 7 parts water) and applied in a single coat at a consumption rate of 100–200 g/m². The primer should be allowed to dry for 4–6 hours.
-
For sheet/metal surfaces: ISONEM ANTI RUST PRIMER (Anti-corrosive Primer) should be applied at a consumption rate of 0.250–0.350 kg/m².
APPLICATION METHOD
ISONEM ANTI SOUND PAINT can be easily applied using a roller, brush, or spraying method. After opening the packaging, it should be mixed to achieve a homogeneous consistency.
The application is done in layers of 1–2 mm thickness, with a 4-hour waiting time between layers. For interior applications where patterns are either desired or not desired, it is recommended to use an epoxy roller for application.
