PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This high-performance mastic, based on a polymer structure, provides effective sealing in joints and gaps thanks to its superior filling and bridging capabilities. It is highly resistant to UV rays, sunlight, and harsh outdoor conditions. Its elastic structure adapts to surface movements without cracking. Ready-to-use as a single-component product, it offers practical application. Its paintable surface ensures an aesthetic finish. The product is long-lasting, non-flammable, and adheres strongly to all absorbent or dry surfaces.

Surface Preparation:
The substrate must be clean, dry, and sound. All dirt, oil, mud, dust, or any other residues that may reduce adhesion should be completely removed before application. Proper surface preparation is crucial for a healthy and long-lasting application.
Application Method:
After opening the packaging, ISONEM A4 should be stirred for approximately 2 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. For expansion or movement joint applications, it is recommended to first place a PE backing rod into the joint before applying the product. In areas with chamfer details, using a joint reinforcement mesh together with the application ensures better performance.
The ready-to-use ISONEM A4 can be applied to the prepared surface using a spatula or a manual caulking gun. After application, smooth the surface with a wet sponge to achieve an even and aesthetic finish. Do not apply in a single layer thicker than 5 mm.
Consumption:

For a joint size of 5 × 5 mm, approximately 30 g of product per 1 meter of joint is consumed.

When stored in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging under suitable conditions, the product can be used for 24 months from the date of manufacture.
